Meet Rashida Ashraf

Featured on the front cover of WWG magazine's spring issue is Rashida Ashraf, the founder of TechHub Pakistan and H.A.I Software House. Rashida has dedicated her work to equipping youth, women, minorities, and underserved communities with practical digital, freelancing, and entrepreneurial skills. Through education and mentorship, she has helped individuals gain the confidence and training needed to pursue employment, launch businesses, and create sustainable opportunities for themselves and their families.

Rashida's passion for leadership is reflected beyond the technology sector. She also serves as the Principal of Queenstown Model School, where she continues investing in education while providing business and digital skills training to schools, nonprofit organizations, and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout Pakistan.

Her academic achievements include earning a Master's degree in Computer Science with distinction as the top graduate in her class. She also successfully completed Pakistan's highly competitive Ministry of Defence recruitment process and passed the written examination for the Central Superior Services (CSS).

Following a season of personal loss and spiritual renewal, Rashida sensed Jesus calling her to use her knowledge and experience to serve others. Today, she continues to encourage individuals to pursue excellence while building businesses and careers that positively impact their communities.
