"Success has a way of convincing us that we're in control. My life has taught me the opposite." Those words aren't simply a memorable quote for Keith Thomas; they are the foundation of a life transformed by God's grace.
Like many ambitious professionals, Keith once measured success by promotions, accomplishments, and career milestones. But after giving his life to Christ in his late twenties, he began to build a life around eternal priorities.
Over the years, Keith faced seasons that tested both his faith and his perseverance. A life-changing construction accident, financial setbacks, missed opportunities, and professional disappointments became moments where God stripped away the illusion of control and revealed His faithfulness in deeper ways. What once felt like obstacles eventually became some of life's greatest teachers.
Professionally, Keith has spent more than three decades leading people through organizational growth, change, and leadership development. His executive leadership experience spans the commercial construction industry and global organizations, where he has consistently helped teams navigate challenges while developing stronger leaders. Even in his fifties, he embraced growth by returning to college, earning both a bachelor's degree and a Master of Education with the conviction that God is never finished developing those who are willing to keep learning.
Today, Keith combines that lifetime of leadership with a heart for discipleship. As an executive coach, mentor, and author, he encourages leaders to pursue excellence without sacrificing what matters most: their relationship with Christ.

Together with his wife, Diane, Keith continues to encourage leaders across the country to pursue significance over status. For Keith Thomas, leadership isn't ultimately about climbing higher. It's about walking closer with Christ and helping others do the same. When Jesus becomes our highest priority, every other priority begins to find its rightful place.
