Redefining the Hustle


For Erin Harrigan, professional ambition and faith are not meant to operate separately.

After decades of experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, Harrigan entered a new chapter in 2018 when she says God revealed how those experiences could be used to serve faith-driven women. That realization became the foundation for Erin Harrigan Coaching, which equips high-achieving Christian women to stop striving in their own strength and start leading, working, and building with Jesus at the center.


Harrigan's message addresses a tension familiar to many ambitious women of faith: the difference between working diligently and constantly striving in one's own strength.

Instead of rejecting ambition, her work encourages women to examine what is driving it.

A Different Approach to Success


As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Harrigan brings her previous leadership and entrepreneurial experience into her work as a coach, speaker, podcast host, and author.


She is also the host of the award-winning podcast Redefining Hustle: Navigating Success as a Christian Woman, where conversations about business and achievement are approached through the lens of Christian faith.

The concept of "redefining hustle" has become central to Harrigan's work. It challenges the idea that success must always be accompanied by constant striving, while encouraging women to remain intentional, disciplined, and willing to follow God's direction.


Her published works further explore that message, including Redefining Hustle: Navigating Success with Jesus, Pursuing Success God's Way: A Practical Guide to Hustle with Heart, and The Redefining Hustle Journal.
